Welcome to NiceFreelance.com (the "Platform"), operated by NiceFreelance ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and marketplace.

By creating an account, posting a project, or accepting work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain only one account per person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility rules.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity under your account
• Updating your contact and payment information
• Not sharing your account with others

Notify us immediately at support@beelancepro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Clients

As a client, you agree to:

• Post clear, legal, and complete project descriptions
• Fund milestones before work begins
• Communicate professionally and respond within 48 hours
• Review and approve/reject deliverables within 7 days of submission
• Not request work outside the Platform (e.g., direct email, Skype)

4. Freelancers

As a freelancer, you agree to:

• Deliver work that matches the project scope and quality promised
• Meet agreed deadlines or communicate delays early
• Submit original, non-plagiarized work
• Not accept projects you cannot complete
• Resolve disputes professionally through the Platform

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent projects
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against users
• Circumvent fees, escrow, or our payment system
• Use bots, scripts, or fake reviews
• Share login credentials or access another’s account
• Violate intellectual property rights

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Payments and Fees

All transactions must go through our secure escrow system. See our Payment Policy and Refund Policy for details.

We charge service fees on every project. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients grant freelancers a limited license to use project materials. Upon full payment and project closure:

• Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client
• Freelancers retain portfolio rights (unless agreed otherwise)

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant NiceFreelance a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for platform operations and marketing.

8. Disputes

All disputes must be raised through the Platform within 14 days of milestone approval or project closure. We may mediate but are not obligated to resolve disputes.

Chargebacks filed without using our process violate these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms
• Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• Non-payment or repeated disputes

You may close your account anytime via settings. Outstanding projects must be completed or canceled first.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for freelancer or client performance

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction – e.g., Delaware, USA]. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
