These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NiceFreelance.com (the "Platform"), operated by NiceFreelance ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use NiceFreelance.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NiceFreelance. Additional policies (Payment, Refund, Cookie, Privacy) are incorporated by reference and apply to your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

You must:

• Be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your country)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Maintain only one account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity on your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use at support@beelancepro.com

Account sharing is prohibited.

4. Clients

Clients must:

• Post clear, legal, and detailed project briefs
• Fund milestones before work begins
• Respond to freelancers within 48 hours
• Review deliverables within 7 days of submission
• Not request or accept work outside the Platform

5. Freelancers

Freelancers must:

• Deliver high-quality, original work on time
• Communicate professionally and meet deadlines
• Only accept projects they can complete
• Not subcontract work without client consent
• Resolve issues via the Platform’s dispute system

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Harass, defame, or discriminate against others
• Circumvent fees, escrow, or payment systems
• Use bots, fake reviews, or automated tools
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post adult, violent, or hate-related content

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments must be processed through the Platform’s escrow system. See our Payment Policy and Refund Policy for full details.

Service fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project closure:

• Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client
• Freelancers retain the right to showcase work in their portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)

You grant NiceFreelance a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your content for platform operations, marketing, and improvement.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

All disputes must be opened via the Platform within 14 days of milestone approval or project closure.

Filing a chargeback without using our dispute process is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Breaching these Terms
• Fraud or illegal activity
• Non-payment or abuse of the system

You may close your account via settings after completing or canceling active projects.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for the quality or outcome of freelance work

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
