Need a TikTok wizard who lives and breathes the algorithm in 2025, someone who can explode an account from zero to 50-100k real followers fast and turn views into actual money, no fake followers, no black-hat shortcuts.
I want two things running in parallel:
- Organic growth machine
- Daily posting strategy (hooks, trends, sounds, stitching, duets, everything that’s working right now)
- Content calendar + batch filming ideas that get millions of views
- Profile optimization, hashtag strategy, posting times, cross-promotion hacks
- Community management (reply game strong, turn viewers into loyal fans)
- Goal: 5-10k new followers per month, pure organic
- TikTok Ads that actually ROI
- Full funnel ads (Spark Ads from organic winners, lead forms, website traffic, conversions)
- Creative testing pipeline (you make or direct the UGC-style ads that don’t feel like ads)
- Lookalike audiences, retargeting, pixel setup, CBO mastery
- Daily/weekly optimization until we hit profitable ROAS (target 3x–5x minimum)
Looking for someone who already has TikTok accounts with 100k–1M+ followers OR has spent €50k+ profitably on TikTok Ads for clients (proof required).
