Need a proper YouTube video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into videos that keep people watching until the very last second (and smash that subscribe button).
Looking for someone who lives in Premiere Pro or DaVinci, knows exactly what works on YouTube in 2025 and edits like the big channels (MrBeast-style pacing, Ali Abdaal polish, or whatever fits the niche).
What I need every video:
- 8–20 minute final length (you cut the fluff, keep the gold)
- Fast-paced but not chaotic, perfect retention hooks every 10–15 sec
- Clean cuts, smooth zoom/pan, subtle motion graphics
- On-screen text, lower thirds, memes, B-roll that actually adds value
- Color grading that pops (but still looks natural)
- Proper sound design: music timed to beats, SFX, clean voice-over
- Clickbait-but-honest thumbnail (you design 2–3 options per video)
- End screens + cards optimized for YouTube
- 4K export + vertical 9:16 version for Shorts from the same footage
I’ll give you raw screen recordings, talking head, B-roll, voice-over — everything organized in Drive folders.
Looking for long-term: 4–8 videos per month once we click.

- 2–3 full YouTube videos you edited recently (before/after raw vs final preferred)
- Your price per minute of finished video OR monthly retainer for X videos
- How many days per video (max 3–4 days turnaround)
